Storage & shelf life
If you don't finish the pack in one go, seal it tightly and keep it somewhere cool and dry.
Most of our products have a six month shelf life. Check the pack for the best before date.
Shipping & delivery
Raise a ticket with the correct shipping address as soon as possible and we'll update it if the order hasn't shipped.
Tracking details go out over email and WhatsApp as soon as we ship your order. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder.

Cancellation & refunds
Because of the nature of what we sell, we can't offer refunds or returns once a product has been consumed. If you have a genuine issue with your snack, write to us with as much detail as possible — product photos, the batch number on the pack, and what went wrong — and we'll review it.
If a refund is approved, the amount is credited back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
If a replacement is approved, we start the process within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, it usually reaches you in 4–7 business days.
