The Website permits payment through Razorpay, including via debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and other modes supported by Razorpay from time to time, and, where offered, cash on delivery (COD).

If you purchase products using the COD option, orders placed may be verified before dispatch through e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone calls on the contact details provided at the time of the order. Upon delivery of the products, you are not permitted to refuse receipt. If you refuse receipt and/or do not pay for delivered products, we reserve the right to blacklist you, block access to your Account, and/or take any other action we deem fit.

While availing any payment method available on the Website, we will not be responsible for or assume any liability in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to: (a) lack of authorisation for any transaction; (b) exceeding any pre-set transaction limit agreed between you and your bank; (c) any payment issues arising out of the transaction; or (d) rejection of a transaction for any other reason.
